Do I need to pay to start?
No. Binhop is free for one workspace with up to 30 items and as many people as you like. Pay only when you need more.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. Your phone's camera scans barcodes, and you can also type a code or search by name.
Can I use Binhop without barcodes?
Yes. Find items by name or SKU, and add barcodes later if you want them.
Can I bring my current list?
Yes. Import a CSV or Excel file and Binhop matches your columns.
How many people can use it?
As many as you need, on every plan. Each person gets a role: owner, admin, staff or viewer.
Does it work on iPhone, Android and computers?
Yes. Use the apps on iPhone and Android, and the web app on any computer. Everything stays in sync.
What happens if I go over 30 items on the free plan?
Nothing is locked or deleted. You can't add more items until you archive some or upgrade to Binhop Pro.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in the App Store, Google Play or on the web, and Pro lasts until the end of the period. Nothing is deleted.
