Ready to fill in
Columns for the item, its code, what you counted, the difference and notes, with lines for the date, who counted and where. The headings repeat on every page.
Built from your list
Paste columns from a spreadsheet (name, code, expected quantity) and the sheet is laid out row by row, with empty rows at the end for things you find that aren't on the list.
Blind or with the expected quantity
Show what the records say to check faster, or hide it so people count what's on the shelf instead of confirming a number.
With your own items in Binhop
Signed in, the sheet comes from your items: one location at a time, in shelf order so you walk the aisles once, with what Binhop expects there. Or skip the paper: count with the phone, and every change is kept in History with Undo.

Questions
What is a blind count?
A count where the people counting don't see the expected quantity. They write what's on the shelf, so a wrong record can't nudge them into confirming it. It takes a little longer and catches more mistakes.
How often should I count my stock?
Many small businesses count everything once or twice a year and count their most valuable or fastest-selling items every few weeks. Counting a few shelves at a time, a cycle count, spreads the work so you never have to close.
What do I do with the differences?
Correct the stock to what you counted, and note the likely reason: damage, loss, expiry or a recording mistake. Patterns in the reasons show where stock goes missing.
Can I print one from Excel instead?
Yes, and the free inventory spreadsheet template has the columns you need. This sheet saves the formatting: it fits the page, repeats the headings and numbers the pages for you.
