Lots with expiry dates
Receive a batch under its lot number and date. Sales take the lots that expire first, so older stock goes out before new.
Every unit by its serial
When phones, tools or appliances arrive, scan their serials or IMEIs one after another, or paste a list. Then sell exactly the one in the customer's hands.
Find any unit in seconds
Open a lot or a serial to see where it came from, every move it made and who bought it. If a product is recalled, you know whom to call.
How it works

Add your stock
Scan barcodes or import your spreadsheet. Your catalogue is ready in minutes.

Sell and receive
Every sale and delivery updates stock right away, and any change can be undone.
- 3
Restock in time
Low-stock alerts count what's already promised, so you reorder before you run out.

Questions
Do I have to track every item by lot or serial?
No. Tracking is off for every item until you turn it on, item by item. Items you don't track keep working as before, in the same workspace.
Does it help with the EU product safety rules (GPSR)?
Binhop keeps the records those rules expect a business to have: which supplier each lot or serial came from and which customer it went to, kept with your history. It doesn't make a product safe or compliant by itself; our guide explains what applies to you.
